Method
- Place garlic, peppercorns and ginger into a mortar and pestle. Grind until it becomes a rough paste.
- Heat oil in a large pot over high heat and fry the paste for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the star anise, Bone Roasters Chicken Stock and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, then lower heat, gently simmering for another 30 minutes
- Divide the Asian greens among serving bowls
- Cook wontons in boiling water for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and divide wontons among serving bowls. Strain the stock and ladle over the top.
